In the meanwhile thinking about what to do next after college to spend the lumpsome chunks of months till i join my company, came a big thud in the form of a courier shattering all my plans of freak out(Though was awaiting for it eagerly inside but was in no mood to join so early). I was busy chatting with my school mate and was teasing her on her early date to join. The fun lasted just 2 minutes after that ping(That girl stomach fired me). The Doorbell screeched to make me open the door to see a courier guy hand over my Appointment letter which i thought would never come before august.
And now to the next bulb i got was, that the joining date was june 19th which was much before the girl whom i teased minutes back. It glowed like anything that she sent a "smily" opening its mouth wide open to send a bright light as if it had chewed a Wriggley's Orbit gum.
Though the above was a just a piece of fun, was really waiting for the letter to come. Not to join but just to see the first official appointment letter printed against my name glittering with its hologram and the watermark adding to its charm.
So its time to shift Mysore leaving my city that adored me all these 21 years. |
